We never seal over dirt or debris. First, we edge the borders, then power clean the surface using steel bristle brooms, kombi tools, and backpack blowers to fully remove dust, dirt, and loose gravel. Before sealing, we also repair any cracks using a rubberized cold-pour filler that blends well with the sealer and helps prevent further damage. 

Before we spray, we carefully seal around garage doors, walkways, and concrete edges using brushes or blocker boards to ensure clean lines and zero overspray. We then apply our premium acrylic sealer for a rich matte-black finish that mimics fresh asphalt. For driveways that have never been sealed before, we always apply two coats — the asphalt is more porous and needs that extra coverage for proper protection. 

Acrylic dries fast — usually walkable within 1 hour and ready for vehicles in 2 to 4 hours, depending on sun exposure (our crew will let you know exact timing on-site).
